Since 1984, Thermo Techniques has continued to grow and expand its capabilities as a Heat Treating and Brazing supplier to the Aerospace, Gas Turbine, Medical, and Commercial industries. Thermo Techniques currently utilizes 4 Vacuum, 1 Hydrogen, 1 Argon, and 4 Air circulating furnaces in a modern facility encompassing 19,500 sq. ft of manufacturing floor space. Furnace operating sizes range from 12” * 15” to 50” * 72”. This wide range of both size and type of furnaces allows Thermo Techniques to handle a huge variety of heat treating and brazing requirements. In keeping with the latest technology, all vacuum furnaces are operated by a state-of-the-art controller system. This system assures that our furnace cycles meet our customers’ strictest quality requirements.

Thermo Techniques specializes in vacuum and hydrogen furnace brazing, while utilizing nickel, copper, silver, and other precious metal braze alloys. To meet our customers' needs over the last 10 – 15 years, Thermo Techniques' experienced employees have developed expertise in the assembly and resistance welding of a wide variety of components, along with the application of braze alloys prior to the furnace braze cycle. Included in this product mix is the assembly of Honeycomb seals, Airfoil shaped sheet metal details, Combustor swirler sub-assemblies, and many other components.

Heat treating services are performed in vacuum, hydrogen, inert atmosphere, and air circulating furnaces. Typical heat treating processes include annealing, stress relieving, solutioning, precipitation hardening, hardening (S.S. and air hardening tool steels), and tempering. While operating to the highest quality standards in the aerospace industry, Thermo Techniques’ product mix has grown to include the heat treating of titanium components for the medical industry, and stainless steel components for the commercial industry.

Thermo Techniques prides itself on maintaining a clean, climate-controlled environment throughout its entire facility. This pride in the workplace is also evident in all products and services we provide to our customers. We meet the highest quality levels required by our customers in the aerospace and medical industries. Our in-house inspection capabilities consist of visual inspection (including light leak inspection of brazed components), hardness testing, and aluminum conductivity testing.
